The Observer is the newsletter of the Mitchell Lake Wetlands Society, Inc. It is edited by the MLWS Board of Directors and printed courtesy of Tesoro Petroleum Corporation. The Observer is a new bi-monthly newsletter that begins with the June/July, Vol. 10, no. 3 edition. We applaud Tesoro's design team that helped to design, create, and print The Observer and thank Tesoro Petroleum Corporation for their support of this "new" newsletter.
