1. Get a copy of our short Membership and Renewal Form.
2. Fill it out.
3. Mail it with your check to the address shown on the form.

The Membership and Renewal Form is available from this website in two formats: (1) as a webpage that you can print using your web browser programs's print button, or (2) as a PDF file that you can download and print. The PDF file will be better looking but both forms are completely acceptable. More information on PDF files is given below.
