OverviewSumner Dana has been conducting an upland bird study project at Mitchell Lake Wetlands since October of 1994. The project has three initial objectives:
Implementing objective 3 depends on finding enough dependable volunteers and the re-establishment of water flow from Bird Pond to Skip's Pond to the lake. This webpage provides photos taken during this study work, a copy of the most recent Annual Report converted to web format, and a link to Sumner Dana's Personal Website on bird banding at Mitchell Lake Wetlands.
